The biggest indoor immersive experience in Canada, OASIS immersion, is happening right here in Montreal, at the Palais des congrès. This brand- new, one-of-a-kind location offers a dynamic program of captivating, moving exhibitions. In the form of immersive magazines starring people, ideas, and places that inspire us, this new attraction is sure to help bring downtown Montreal to life while becoming a key destination for tourists, business customers, and Montrealers alike.
With six distinctive environments, including three immersive galleries, 105 laser projectors offering 360° projections (walls and floors), and 119 surround-sound speakers, this new space has the very best and more in terms of technology.
To make a great first impression with the general public, OASIS immersion presents Inspirations, a stimulating, energizing, positive experience featuring star astronaut David Saint-Jacques from the Canadian Space Agency, pianist Alexandra Stréliski, and YouTuber Émile Roy. Nicolas Lassonde and Denys Lavigne, Co-Founders of OASIS immersion, are thrilled to finally be able to present this project to the population. Moreover, oasis immersion is a showcase of quebec know-how, given that a ton of local artists and artisans have taken part in the project and its first exhibition. These values line up with the palais’ desire to shine a light on local creativity.
Great news for event organizers: the OASIS immersion spaces are also available for rent to the Palais’ clients, making the Palais the first congress centre in the world to offer permanent immersive spaces. Personalized or turnkey packages, including various striking visual ambiance options, are available to those who would want to get off the beaten path for their hybrid conferences, business meetings, team-building activities, cocktail parties, or video shoots. And rest assured that government directives to ensure the health and safety of participants apply.
