The talented owners of Escondite, which means “hiding place” in Spanish, have created the cool and colorful ambiance of a traditional Mexican beer hall. Known as much for its famous house cocktails as for its delicious tacos, most notably the fried chicken, crispy cod and beef tongue, Escondite offers a complete menu for delivery or take out.

La Cantina

Located on Stanley street, La Cantina serves high end Mexican cuisine, offering a varied and original menu, including an innovative take on the classics: tostadas (fried tortillas covered with meat, vegetables and other delicacies), tortas (sandwiches made with crusty bread) and tacos. The space is very nicely appointed and everything in the restaurant, from the decor to the accessories, is imported from Mexico, which makes La Cantina unique and charming.
