Museum in Motion, when Birks House innovates to present original initiatives in downtown Montreal

< 1 minute

Montreal centre-ville

Only a few more days to visit the Museum in Motion exhibition in the city centre! This carefully preserved collection, the result of Birks’ collaboration with the Swiss manufacturer Tag Heuer, features watches inherited from the brand’s museum and the personal assets of collectors. This is the first time such an exhibition has been presented in Canada.

The exhibition includes a total of 40 objects, from both the Tag Heuer Museum in Switzerland and private collectors: chronometers, chronographs, recorders and timers that have been used for the greatest sports competitions in modern history. A unique opportunity to discover Tag Heuer’s innovative universe through flagship creations such as the original 1911 Time of Trip (the first 12-hour chronograph watch for instrument panels), the Carrera 1965 and the Carrera 1970 Calibre 12, or an article from 1972 named in honor of the City of Montreal, the Montreal 1972.

An original exhibition that highlights Tag Heuer’s history and know-how in the design of luxury sports watches. To be discovered until 31 January.
